After graduating from Bowdoin College (B.A. 1954) and Harvard Law School (LL.B. 1957), Mr. Anderson has served the Concord community and the State of New Hampshire as the Merrimack County Attorney (1963-1967), an Assistant Attorney General (1967-1968), a Concord School Board Member (1962-1972), a Trustee of Coe-Brown Academy (1994-2004), the Director of Charitable Trusts for the State of New Hampshire (1971-1975), and a member of the Board of Governors for the New Hampshire Bar Association (1980-1983). He joined the firm in 1968. He was admitted to the practice of law both in New Hampshire and Maine in 1957 and is a member of the Merrimack County and New Hampshire Bar Associations. In addition to a wealth of litigation experience, Mr. Anderson's areas of practice include probate law, estate planning, elder law and bankruptcy law and also frequently serves as a mediator.

After graduating from Indiana University (B.A. 1974) and John Marshall Law School in Chicago (J.D. 1979), where he was honored as a member of the Gavel Society, Mr. Miller served as a federal prosecutor in Chicago (1979-1983) and in New Hampshire (1983-1986) before joining the firm in 1986. He was admitted to practice law in Indiana and Illinois in 1979 (currently an inactive member of those bars) and was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 1985. He served as a New Hampshire federal defense panel member representing indigent defendants in federal court from 1987-1999. He is a member of the Merrimack County, New Hampshire and American Bar Associations, New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association and New Hampshire Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Miller's areas of practice include civil litigation, criminal, appellate and administrative law.

Following graduation from Cornell University (B.A. 1976, J.D. 1979), Mr. Spinella practiced law in the District of Columbia, Connecticut and New York City before moving to New Hampshire in 1987. He joined the firm in 1995. He has been admitted to the bars of the District of Columbia (1979), Connecticut (1983), New Hampshire (1985), New York (1985), and Massachusetts (1984). He is a member of the New Hampshire, New York State, District of Columbia, Massachusetts and American Bar Associations. Mr. Spinella is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire (1987), Massachusetts and New York (1985), Connecticut (1983), and District of Columbia (1979). Mr. Spinella's areas of practice include litigation, including commercial, construction, antitrust, collections and banking law.
